Retail Manager at Transsion Holdings

Location: Benin/Togo

Responsibilities

• Handle the retail management function for Transsion Holdings.
• Develop Key Outlet Management (KOM) and ensure that it matches required standards
• Supervise Sales personnel/Promoters and set KPI and targets for the team; conduct sales analysis, as well as solution analysis.
• Handle promoter training and conduct target reviews.
• Improvement of KOM sales and ROI to business, with practical actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a B.Sc.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role.

Requirements

• Must have excellent and proven abilities in Microsoft Office, especially, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• High sense of urgency with exceptional management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to speak French is a plus.
