I.T Supervisor at DO.II Designs Limited

Job Role:

• Provide support in resolution of hardware and software related challenges on laptops and desktops.
• Define efficient approach for managing I.T issues remotely from any location.
• Run daily back up for all computers and store on accessible device.
• Liaise with third party vendorson website management, internet services, repairs and maintenance.
• Developing and maintaining internal information resources and networks via intranet sites.
• Providing daily technical support, user support and technical knowledge of sage ERP to all staff.
• Define and maintain current I.T security policies and procedure.
• Trouble shoot, conduct hardware software upgrades, researches and develop techniques, applications and emerging technologies.
• Update product catalogue and dropbox with new product line introduced.
• Co-ordinate and support micro computing projects.
• Monitor data usage of all systems across the branch network.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE.

• Must possess a degree in computer science, information technology, informatics or a related field.
• Must possess a minimum of 3years work experience.
• Must possess experience managing database systems with multiple users and has previously provided support for analytics and dashboard development.
• A professional  certification will be an added as advantage.
