The service is required to do the following:

• Maximize efficiency and quality management by testing all vehicles repaired in the company
• Maximize revenue and productivity
• Improve overall performance and profitability for the business
• Effectively coordinate and supervise all roles in the workshop for optimal performance
• Handle select Human Resource (HR) functions in the area of performance planning and management.
• Serve as parts manager
• Serve as customer service manager
• Ensure that safety standards are maintained religiously by all personnel in all operations
• Candidates should have served in this position for at least 2years, have a valid driver's licence and by conversant with the use of the computer
