Maintenance Engineer at Technoglass Industries Limited

Key Duties

• Cooperate and assists the production departments for achieving production.
• Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of maintenance at production departments and other areas. 
• Responsible for breakdown analysis and suggest improvement.
• Ensure the value of plant and all associated assets that come under the responsibility of the Department are protected and optimized by the maintenance procedures applied.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies, ensuring that operational targets are not prejudiced by breakdowns and losses are minimized.
• Coordinate, set up and implement procedures and records confirming to ISO for production
• Co-ordination of maintenance personnel, proposing technical improvements according to the characteristics of said co-ordination; 
• Enactment of alert safety bulletins, non-conformance reports and failure reports, by actuation of relevant activities; 
• Co-ordination of repair activities in the event of serious damage to plants or machines

Requirements
The person must:

• Have the ability to diagnose/troubleshoot faults on the electrical panels of machines
• Ability to correct and repair nonfunctional parts in machines
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and use the knowledge to keep machines in the ideal state of operation.
• At least HND/Bsc in a related engineering subject with at least 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent Degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage

Other Requirements

• Over 3 years maintenance experience in FMCG.
• Familiar with electrics and mechanics;
• Can analyze and solve equipment malfunction alone;
• Strong team work spirit;
• Can work overtime and under pressure"
