Sales Manager at Transsion Holdings

Job Description

The sales Manager coordinates all the necessary resources to obtain objectives, where necessary by coordinating the activities of the sales force and marketing support, such as Channel and Field Marketing. He/she is also accountable for achieving sales volumes, prices and profit margin for Iflux Lighting.

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of an HND is required.
• At least 3-5 years of related sales experience and lighting industry background will be a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of the lighting business and in-depth knowledge of products.
• Strong forecasting and financial acumen; previous experience monitoring channel and direct sales effort performance
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Proven ability and track records of closing deals.
• Strong in communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must possess proactive working attitude and good teamwork ability with excellent skills to integrate resources.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and use strategic and critical thinking skills to get to the root of market opportunities, whist in a fast paced and changing environment.
