Estate Maintenance Coordinator (EXPAT) at Onstream Group

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• To coordinate and control of Estate Maintenance personnel and activities including provision of repair and refurbishment of various facilities in NAOC PH District.
• To ensure the preparation of Departmental Budget, Cost Control and RMSO/RSO and follow up to contract award stage.
• To ensure that the movement and daily uses of Estate Maintenance operational vehicles are well coordinated.
• To ensure activities of Estate Maintenance sectional supervisors and submit periodic (Weekly/Monthly) reports to Assiatant Manager, Estate Maintenance on the General maintenance of Offices, NAOC Estates and Hired houses as per Estate Maintenance Model data base are supervised.
• To ensure that all company HSE policies are maintained by supervisors and contractors in all jobs.
• To collect and process data for implementing the Estate Maintenance Model at all levels of supervision.
• To prepare Technical/General correspondences.
• To assist the Assiatant Manager, Estate Maintenance in other Estate Maintenance department administrative matters
• To comply with the requirements of the different HSE policies of the Company, by applying the HSE Integrated Management System and the HSE Management System Guidelines and providing proper HSE conditions of work to everyone.

Job Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in any Engineering discipline
• 5-6 years relevant experience
