Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the establishment.
• Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
• Conduct promotional campaigns and execute marketing strategies.
• Maintain stock inventories and payroll management.
• Hiring, training and developing staff.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan or direct spa services and programs.
• Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning and coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
• Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
• Schedule guest appointments.
• Sell products, services, or memberships.

Qualifications

• Certificate in spa services training required.
• 3 years minimum experience serving in same capacity.
• 1 year minimum experience as a spa manager.
• Excellent managerial and communication skills
• If outside of Akure, Ondo State, must be willing to relocate.
