    Technical Office Manager - Expatriate

    Job Description

    • General scope of Technical Office Engineering responibilities
    • Scheduling
    • Reporting
    • DCC
    • Tender preparation and pre-qualification
    • Estimate medium size projects
    • Operational substitution of site management as required.

    Expectations

    • Msc/BSc in civil engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience
    • Experience in Building construction is required
    • Fluent in written and spoken english
    • Requested computer skills: RIB iTWO, ACad, Primavera
    • Estimation skills
    • Previous experience in emerging/African markets will be a plus
    • Project duration : 24 months.
