    External Auditor

    Qualification

    • Would be External Auditor Firm must be registered with the office of the Auditor General of the Federation for the year.

    Tenure

    • The tenure of the External Auditor shall be one (1) year in the first instance, renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance for 3 years
    • In any event whatsoever, the tenure of the External Auditor shall not exceed beyond five (5) years.
