Finance Officer at ETX-NG (Electronic Transcripts and Documents Exchange in Nigeria)

Job  Description:

• Confirmation of payment coming into the exchange.
• Daily Monitoring the work of a Team of verification staff whilst maintaining an appropriate and elaborate record of all expenses incurred during the verification process.
• Supervising as well as monitoring all cash inflows and outflows of the exchange.
• Responsible for dispatching invoices to clients based on the service rendered by the company.
• Responsible for the preparation of order reports, project estimates, cost analysis and income statements for the company.
• Responsible for generating order pricing and creation of quotations for all current and prospective clients.
• Responsible for disbursing funds to all departments regarding expenses directly related to the exchange
• Responsible for approval of all requisitions raised by all departments before disbursement is made.
• Maintaining records on computerized data based system for assessment and record purposes.
• Contributing to the strategic direction and decision making of the organization through attendance at regular planning and review meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience - 0-2 years
• Qualification – BSc
• Professional qualification required (ICAN, ACCA, ACA or CFA)
