• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage customers expectation effectively
• Candidate must be fast at learning and able to deliver on turnaround time.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritise and organise caseload
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite
• Candidates with Insurance background will be most preferable

Education and Requirement :

• Bsc/ HND in Insurance or any related field
• 1-2 years experience
• Must be sound in Microsoft Excel usage
