Our Client, a photographic film manufacturer is seeking to hire a competent a Sales Manager.

LOCATION: LAGOS, MAINLAND

EDUCATION AND REUIRED QUALIFICATION

• A bachelor's degree or related field.
• Significant experience (3- 7years or more) in the sales field, and in some other sales capacity.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills

JOB RESPONSIBILIES

• Leading and guiding a team of sales experts in an organization.
• Hiring and training new sales representatives.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
• Prepare schedules and assign duties for current employees.
