Qualifications

• All applicants must posses a minimum of second class University Degree in their respective fields.
• Professional certification and a masters Degree will be an added advantage

Key Requirements:

• All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years seismic experience.
• Applicants must posses good technical abilities.
• Applicants must be computer literate and have good communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Applicant should have experience with process implementation and or change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Collect and manage project team
• Manage budget
• Allocate project resources
• Create schedule and project timeline
• Track deliverables
• Support and direct team
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project

Education, Experience and Competencies

• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
• HND or Bachelor's degree in any field
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
• Experience as a project manager
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
