Job Description

• Run full product packaging operations with INDOSA Tin can machine, ROVEMA Pouches machine and BOSCH RNG-5 machine.
• Setup machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order
• Confer with machine manufacturers on spare parts and upgrade issues.
• Calibrate PLC using the HMI at the beginning of production.
• Ensure that regular preventive maintenance procedures are carried out.
• Maintain pneumatic instruments, valves,compressor (Atlas corp), chiller, AHU and FCUs.
• Troubleshoot machines and replace machine parts.
• Work within the guidelines as contain in the SOP and GMP documents.
• Maintain filling and seaming machine.
