Statistician - GL.08 at Kaduna State Government

Duties and Responsibilities
Performing under Supervision the following functions:

• Directing and Supervising the works of Statistical Assistants, Superintendents and Enumerators,
• Undertaking research in statistical methodology
• Planning, directing statistical investigations and enquiries
• Collecting, processing, analyzing and presenting statistical data in the Administrative, Social, economic and Agricultural areas of the economy

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Statistics, or Economics

Important Notice

• Candidates must possess NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate or Certificate of Exclusion where applicable.
• Membership of Professional bodies would be an additional advantage.
• Candidates who are awaiting result will not be considered and need not to apply.

Remuneration
Salaries, allowances and other conditions of service would be as approved by the Kaduna State Government.
