Academy Manager at UNITeS Cisco Networking Academy

Qualification: B.sc/B.ED, B.ENG Computer Science (MSc/MBA is an added advantage)

Experience: 5 years

Location: Lagos (involves travelling to other parts of the Country from time to time)

Deliverables:

• Design, Plan and update our curriculum to solve today’s problem
• Manage and update academic program to meet curriculum goals
• Monitor student academic progress and provide guidance to students.
• Discuss student progress with instructors and school management
• Manage student registration activities.
• Supervise, Support and monitor/checkmate the activities of Certified Instructors on Cisco Netspace online portal to ensure quality control and ensure Cisco standard is maintained.
• Build a cordial relationship with all Academy stakeholders.
• Ensure that training material required for training of our program is provided for training
• Organize training and retraining of instructors and all staff
• Design, Plan periodic training for school staff
• Ensure that there is quality assurance and standards are meet in our program
• Analyze the program and our course and come up with solutions for improvement
• Design system for effective teaching delivery.
• Train students in ITE, CCNA, Cybersecurity, IoT and other courses in our program
• Provide training (retooling) and support to Academies under UNITeS ASC/ITC.
• Design curriculum for tertiary institution
• Design, Plan periodic training for school staff
• Harvest and analyze reports from all academies.
