The Role:
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager and our Client Services team.
Responsibilities
Deployment
Pre-deployment strategy & planning – This includes activities involved in preparing a campaign for launch such as kick-off meetings with Client Services and Sales leads, establishing your audience targeting and data strategy.
Deployment - Launching marketing campaigns. Ensure all day to day activities within operations are well coordinated. Ensure thorough reconciliation and closure of projects within the stipulated timelines
Reporting & Insights
Provide in-depth campaign reports and insights to Client Services, and Sales. Product Feedback
