    External Solicitor

    Description of the Position

    • The position is on a retainership basis for a period of two years which may be renewed at the instance of the University.

    Duties

    • The External Solicitor shall be responsible for handling cases assigned to them by the University and, where necessary, putting up appearance in Court on behalf of the University.

    Qualifications

    • The External Solicitor must be a duly registered law firm with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in Administrative and/or Labour Law.
