Tasks

• Head of Facility Management
• Deployment and leadership of the approximately 550 employees of the business unit
• Acquisition and offer preparation
• Consultant and contact person for customers
• Responsible for all projects in compliance with the technical rules
• Responsibility for contracts.

Conditions

• Degree in electrical engineering or HVAC with a strong focus on electrical engineering
• Lead-experienced electrical engineer with planning experience across the entire spectrum of the field
• Knowledge in HVAC and sanitary
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
