Job Description

The Group Head, Business Development will report to the CEO and have responsibility for the strategic direction of business development.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive increased CIT and Cash Processing volumes
• Produce and distribute thought leadership across multiple channels to promote the company brand
• Commercialise new product lines including ATM management and bank neutral hubs
• Build, maintain and manage product and service collateral including service brochures, guides, web pages, presentations and a bid library
• Maintain communication with operations, finance and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of new business
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers at customers and strategic partners
• Lead regional sales and marketing staff

Qualifications

• 15 + years’ sales and business development experience
• Experience within the financial services industry

• Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to present product and service solutions to key decision makers
