Job Description

• Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer concerns and complaints
• Maintain and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and sales departments to encourage repeat and referral business while training, motivating, counselling, and monitoring the performance of all recondition department staff
• Maintain a fast moving atmosphere between employees and customers to ensure a smooth work day and customer satisfaction
• Manage the entire car wash operation and hands-on in all services offered.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a car-wash or automotive environment
• Previous mechanical experience preferred
• Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
