Job brief
We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Sales & overall management of the store
• General Management of the day to day operations of the store
• Approval of all supplies from and payments to Suppliers
• Daily management report to the MD/CEO of activities of the store
• Sales/Collection/stocks/overheads
• Preparation and keeping of  the books of accounts- Supplier Ledger/stock ledger/expenses/ daily Sales records
• Customer Management and other related functions.

Requirements

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager, at least 3+ years’ experience in similar position
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Good administrative and customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Matured Woman, organized and a team player
