JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle general accounting functions of the organization.
• Prepare monthly and weekly cash budgets for approval by management.
• Handle general ledgers.
• Prepare monthly schedule of impairment of relevant assets per FIRS for approval
• Prepare monthly reconciliation report
• Reconcile employee’s accounts on a monthly bases.
• Prepare monthly schedule of fair values of relevant assets, liabilities revenue and expenses per IFRS for approval and posting
• Prepare monthly schedule of interest receivable for approval
• Ability to handle bank reconciliation statements and remittances.
• Review & submit accurate bank balances report to the management team as at when due.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in accounting or in a related course ((Must have done NYSC)
• 1-2 years’ experience in a reputable organization.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting practice
• Member of ICAN.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and without supervision.
• Knowledge of Advances Excel and an Accounting Software.
