Management Systems Auditor / Process Analyst at Leitung Gate Limited

Job Functions:

• Conduct internal audits and gap assessments referencing the relevant standards
• Develop and implement client specific risk assessment methodologies: including Hazard Identification, Impact Assessment and Hazard Management Plans
• Develop operating processes and procedures in fulfillment of applicable ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements and risk control plans
• Support clients’ development of quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policy frameworks and objectives
• Administer Quality Assurance tools
• Facilitate clients’ documentation of internal organizational structure, operating activities, responsibilities, and interdepartmental linkages
• Provide mentorship and trainings to guide the implementation of new work processes and methodologies
• Carryout process efficiency measurements and performance benchmarking

Requirements:

• Possess a broad knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry value chain and architectural linkages
• Possess working knowledge of Internal and Third Party Certification Audit Methodology
• Demonstrable experience in performing internal audits and/or third party certification assurance audits and reviews
• Result-driven and stakeholder orientation
• Demonstrable experience in project and programme management
• Experienced in developing and facilitating business presentations
• Motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience in training delivery and facilitation

Other Requirements

• A first degree in any relevant engineering discipline
• A masters-level degree in a relevant engineering, science or business management discipline
• Valid ISO lead auditor certifications for a combination or all of QMS, OH&S, FSMS, BCMS, ISMS and EMS standards
• Other proficiency certifications in project management, occupational health and safety, quality assurance and environmental management
• Minimum of three years relevant work experience
