Job Description

• Assist requesting entity, in collaboration with the Business Analysts, in evaluating, developing or acquiring new applications, ensuring their proper integration in the production environment and manage training of applications’ users.
• Ensure Projects management of the relevant Information Systems in compliance with objectives and KPIs (cost, quality, lead-time requirements) defined in agreement with various requesting entities.
• Manage software/solution development projects from preparatory stage to implementation stage and ensure laid down software development best practices are strictly adhered to by developers
• Provide detailed technical documentation and user manuals to support users
• Liaise with COMPANY HQ, IS/IT service providers and IST departments to maintain a good knowledge of current IT trend in order to prepare future evolutions for client’s division.
• Develop applications (analysis, conception, development and integration); support and assist in the use of applications
• Ensure that appropriate application development and support tools are available to developers and that adequate documentation for the development projects is available and kept up to date.
