• Achieve all team and company targets as per budget
• Develop and implement key sales initiatives, programs and techniques to support all sales and marketing objectives
• Conduct sales presentation and submit quotes and ultimately close sales 
• Complete all required reporting accurately in the format supplied and ensure all deadlines are met
• Manage the team opportunity pipelines, representing the company's services as per personal objectives, regional sales targets and company growth targets.
• Deliver the highest standard of professional conduct, personal presentation and company image.

Skills, Experience And Qualification 

• Technical competence and knowledge of the industry process
• Significant commercial / industry business to business sales experience 
• Significant experience in converting prospects / quotes to profitable business or developing existing clients
• Intermediate IT skills ( Microsoft office tools)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong presentation/ proposal development skills
• Territorial education within the area of business, sales and marketing or relevant studies is required.
