    Sales Representatives

    Job Description

    • Ensures the achievement of targeted sample volume
    • To control costs of maintenance, repair, replacement, and fleet related expenses
    • To effectively handle all client requests and ensure that clients receive fast, efficient and courteous service
    • To pick up samples from hospitals ensure timely delivery to the laboratory
    • To identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
    • To liaise with client services officers and other staff to resolve client issues
    • To identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
    • To meet target number of doctors/laboratory personnel daily
    • To maintain relevant documentation for dispatched items
    • To prepare and submit weekly activity log book
    • Responsible for daily maintenance of motorcycle, documentation and technical trouble shooting as required
    • To comply with health and safety policies and ensure safety always
    • To appropriately handle all pathology specimens in accordance with the organisations Safety SOP’s

    Minimum Qualifications

    • An OND in any discipline
    • Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Good written and spoken communication
    • Good customer service skills
    • Results Driven.
    • Problem Solving
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Team Player
    • Good interpersonal skills
