Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Analyse and creates a plan for engaging the target market
• Maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products
• Research client by exploring their needs and suggesting solutions to meet client’s needs
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary

Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines and targets.

Sales and Marketing Skills and Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND degree in any field
• MUST have sales and marketing experience in the building industry and related products
• Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Good organisation and planning skills
• Product Knowledge
• Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills.
• Target Market Analysis
• Presentation Skills
