• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.

• Oversee company operations
• Oversee the country's political, social, economic, and religious culture to suitably direct the general strategies of the company and to obtain sustained growth.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Country to include: staffing levels, budgets, inventories, and financial goals.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives
