To develop and maintain effective work relationship with stakeholders and implement plans & procedures for efficient collection of UABC
To ensure that the recycling plant is well organized
To schedule work routine and coordinate UABC processing operations to meet daily and weekly target; using the available resources.
To establish and maintain historic data and updated accurate records of recycling operations.
To ensure seamless operation of the recycling plant by monitoring the implementation of cleaning & preventive maintenance on the machines and recycling facilities.
To ensure the use of appropriate PPE by everyone within the recycling facilities.
To schedule and conduct regular visit to partners to monitor the progress of UABC recycling programs
Job Requirement:
Good oral & written communication skills
Good customer service orientation
OND/HND/B.Sc in any related discipline (e.g. Engineering, Marketing, Admin)
