Area Sales Managers at Sun King (Formerly Greenlight Planet)

Details:

• Meeting weekly/monthly Tertiary & primary goals
• Recruiting, training & supporting a team of 15 Energy officers in the respective DHQ's to meet Minimum Business Guarantee (MBG)
• Conducting joint field work during the day with the team of Energy officers in making group sales (SACCO's, NGO's, SHG's , Village level etc) as well as home to home sales
• Conducting at least 3 night demos every evening along with the team of Energy Officers. The ASM must be present during one of the demos and must ensure that night demos begin by 6.30 pm and last for not less than 90 minutes each.
• Along with the Energy Officer, sell and install at least one Sun King home system every day
• Help recruit a Sales officer for the Sun King Rural Distributor (SRD). The ASM is responsible for training as well as managing the Sales Officer
• Review daily beat plans of Sales officers
• Report inventory at Stock Point & SRD point every Saturday
