We are looking for an Accounts and Office Administrator. The ideal candidate would have an accounting background and be comfortable with book keeping, expense reports and accounting or/and ERP software (such as Peachtree, Netsuite, Sage and others). In addition, the candidate would have good organisational skills and be able to coordinate and upgrade office operations and provide administrative support for the company's engineering staff. Also, very good oral and written communications skills are a pre-requisite and good Microsoft office skills are expected especially with excel, word, and powerpoint.
