Account/Client Relationship Manager at WOW Jobs

SUMMARY:
The overall responsibilities will be client relationship management and resolving issues for clients in a timely manner
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client relationship management
• Escalatiing client issues to appropriate department for resolving
• Following up on clients and the technical department to ensure issues are resolved quickly
• Visitation to clients offices to follow up on 1st level issues 
• Training of client's staff on different sowftware product usage.

Education & Experience

• A degree in computer science or engineering
• Minimum of 2 years account/client management expereince in an IT company
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft application
• Must be a good team player
• Must be analytical, methodical, thorough, and accurate.
