Job Description/Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, on-line chat and one-one communication etc.
• Handle sales and prompt delivery to customers
• Take stocks of goods/products
• Effectively manage different communication channels:resolve customer complaints via all available phone, email.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree/HND/OND from any discipline.
• Minimum of 6months Sales/CRM experience
• Demonstrable customer-friendly qualities.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Must be Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and must be Internet Savvy.
• Must be currently resident in lekki/Ajah axis
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be able to work under pressure, work with or without supervision.
• Must be learn able and teachable.
• Must be creative and initiative.
• Possess minimum of B.Sc / HND/OND.
• Must not be more than 25 years of age.
