Job Description

• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Review of reconciliation, support documents and requests for payments.
• Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
• Analyse and review budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare audit reports (weekly/monthly),
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
• Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc Finance/Accounting
• Age not more than 30yrs
• Professional membership of ICAN. ACCA is an added advantage
• Ability to use accounting softwares like WAVE, Peachtree etc
• 1-3 years experience in Management & Financial Accounting.
