Job Description
Provide leadership and vision by assisting the board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on strategies
Formulate and execute company’s strategic plan;
Establish and lead execution of operation strategy
Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business;
Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing depletion plan and avoiding over stocking the points of sales
Timely update and present competitors’ activities and provides market feed-back on new products, price changes, new launches, etc. to the top management
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
