Responsibilities / Requirements

• Ensure the management of commissioning and start up activities, coordinating vith all project disciplines as required
• Prepare and keep up-to-date pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans, procedures and integrated schedule
• Define commissioning Systems and hand over priorities
• Issuance of work progress report for commissioning activities.
• Ensure the verification of the KPI during the entire Project lifecycle.
• Lead in project meetings and review meetings to ensure commissioning requirements have been duly complied with
• Review test run (performance test) procedures and operating manuals prepared by the project process leaders.
• Participate in all HAZOP activities and jointly lead such activities with the HSE Manager
• Define the Licensors / Vendors schedule and assignment, for precommissioning, commissioning, start up and test run activities
• Define and review commissioning tools, temporary equipment1 specialized sub- contracts, spare parts, first fills and consumables
• Ensure the management of commissioning and start up activities, coordinating V the activities carried out
• Ensure the mobilization of manpower and resources and allocate such resources to commissioning and completion teams
• Assist the Construction Manager in the phases of completion of construction and pre-commissioning.
• Coordinate the handover to Commissioning in accordance with the priorities
• Approve work permits in Commissioning Controlled Areas
• Organize, joint meetings HSE Manager on pre start up Safety reviews
• Organize and performs the contractual test runs

Qualification and Experience

• A degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering or its equivalent with l5years experience
