Commissioning Operation Lead at Saipem Contracting

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Verify that pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up requirements are accounted for in engineering documents
• Prepare and keep up-to-date the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans (including the mobilization of personnel)
• Supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handing over procedures
• Review test run (performance test) procedures and the operating manuals prepared by the Project Process Leaders
• Review and / or define the Licensors / Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run activities
• identify the project requirements and constraints and participates in ROKM ‘sessions relating to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities
• Supervise the preparation of integrated pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and test run Schedule.
• Participate in HAZOP review meeting where necessary
• Review Model for compliance with the pre-commissioning, commissioning.ad start up requirements for accessibility and operability
• Define commissioning Systems and hand over priorities.

Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/ Chemical Engineering) with 15 years’ experience. .
