Job Description

The main tasks will be associated with delivering the consultancy observatory projects and contributing to the development of  datas:

Responsibilites

• Delivering Observatory tasks and outputs to a high standard of quality
• Completing Observatory tasks on projects managed by themselves as well as those managed by others, to time and budget.
• To support the Head of Observatory in developing and enhancing the company’s analytical resources, consistent with company aims and objectives
• Administer/ supervise questionnaires to staff which will be used in collating data for the project
• To conduct comprehensive project research which will be used in the preparation of report
•  Assist with data evaluation and writing of project report
• Assist with provision of training interventions.

Professional Skills Required

• Designing Competency / Skill Matrices, Procedure Manuals related to the same- Exper
• Job Description Interviews, Job Analysis & Evaluation- Expert
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised or as a member of a team with a demonstrated commitment to customer service, business improvement, excellence and quality.

Computer Skills Requied 

• Used for performing analysis on Survey details
•  Must be an expert in MS Word, Excel,  and all other MS Office Suite Applications
• Please note that the consultant must be willing to travel from one location to another.

Qualification

Candidates must have an MBA
