Job Description
A graduate Trainees responsibility would be but not limited to:

• To attend all training classes which give basic information about various areas of the company such as management, finance, banking etc.
• Work under the supervision of senior employers and may be asked to do research work for the company.
• May be required to visit different working fields in order to get on hand working experience.
• May be required to make presentations which a training session demands on the basis of which he or she may be evaluated.
• May be required to pass the entire test in order to work for the company and needs to show his or her competence for working.
• May be asked to keep records for the company and may be required to come up with new ideas for the improvement in the basic conditions of the company.

Desired Skills & Experience

• B.Sc or HND.
• Fresh graduates with NYSC certificate, who are willing to learn, focused and hardworking, willing to learn with high quotient for competence.
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
• Be persuasive, persistent and patient

• Be flexible and adaptable
