Job purpose
To ensure billing and credit control process efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities
- He/She should review billing related tickets and resolve them in a timely manner
- He/She should ensure error free monthly billing of all billable information
- He/She should run daily checks to endure completeness of billing processes.
- He/She should coordinate the end of month billing activity.
Qualifications
- Education – A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
- Specialized knowledge – General knowledge of Telecommunications, a good understand ing of programming languages like C, C++, SQL & PLSQL.
- Abilities - Shell scripting
- Other characteristics such as personal characteristics
- Professional Certification – Oracle, Microsoft.
- Experience – In working in Customer Oriented field, Programming.
- Billing Experience.
- UNIX and Windows scripting expertise.
