Education/Experience:

• HND/B Sc (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Fresher / or 1 or 2 years experience
• Knowledge of Basic engineering, good knowledge about MS Excel

Function :

• Coordinate with Field Sales Engineers for sending quotations
• Able to read, understand engineering drawing, part lit books for parts numbers
• Able to understand & select technical spare parts suitable to customer requirement
• Preparation of quotations and communicate with customers on enquiry
• Preparation of quotation register for all sales enquiries
• Liaise with branch sales engineers, branch heads for enquiry and quotations
• Liaise with service team and job planner for smooth execution of service job.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt response and technical support
