Technical Assistant/Admin (NYSC Youth Corper) at Funtay Global Resources Ltd

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a HND/B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Mathematics.
• The NYSC Youth Corper must be posted to Lagos for PPA.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Successful candidate may transition from this role to a Junior Engineering/Technical role within Funtay Global Resources Ltd in the future
• Must have excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism

Perform technical duties such as:

• Assist CEO with preparation of technical presentations
• Learn about oil/gas production & evacuation, drilling, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), etc.
• Perform engineering or technical calculations, design/edit AutoCAD drawings, etc.

Perform admin duties such as:

• Receive incoming calls and reroute to appropriate personnel
• Draft emails and collect/mail letters and documents
• Plan and schedule meetings and conferences
• Aid accountant and secretary with information regarding meetings, payroll, field staff records, and other relevant admin and secretarial records
• Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• IT and/or AutoCAD skills a plus
