• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and ESA’s (E-Terra Service Agents)
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
• Together with Financial department fulfill all potential public procurement requirements and restrictions processes that strongly minimize risks of any errors or omissions
• Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
• Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
• Strong leadership capabilities
• A knack for negotiation and networking
• Strong logical and writing skills: write with a logical structure and clear language
• Fluent in English at a level equal to or approaching a native speaker
• Good interpersonal skills: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally
• Highly ethical: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization
