Job Scope:
You will be responsible for Confirming and posting payments for all transactions issued on accounting software. You may also be responsible for handling high volume transactions and high cash flow. Your performance will be tired to absolute customer satisfaction and cost reduction in terms of timeliness, process quality, and process cost.
Job Responsibilities:

• Confirm and post payments for all flight tickets issued on accounting software
• Reconcile all sales and handle petty cash
• Administer and process all transactions within the parameters of company policies and procedures
• Prepare reimbursement claims on a weekly basis
• Receive & issue receipts and deposit all cheques collected from clients
• Prepare vouchers related to various revenues and expenses

Skills and Personality Traits:

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finance, and taxation

Qualification and Experience:

• First Degree in Finance, Economics or Related Field
• 1-year Experience in Finance Related Field handling high volume cash transactions.
