Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Lead change and transformation agenda across all functions
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Manage relations with partners/vendors
• Ensure Capex plans are carried out within set timelines and budget
• Manage through proccesses
• Establish polices that promote company culture and vision
• Ensure automation remains a key business driver

Minimum Education
MBA or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 15 years with a large company preferably in the FMCG industry
• 5 years + in a senior management position, Director level, ideally in manufacturing or Supply Chain Management 
• Able to demonstarte a good track record
• Strong manaufacturing/Supply Chain background
• Experience in International emerging markets preferred, ideally Africa

The position directly supervises the National Manufacturing Manager, National Distribution Manager, National Warehouse Manager and Supply Chain Manager
