Accounts Executive at IL Bagno

Job Description:

• Handling of statutory payment remittances: VAT, WHT, P.A.Y.E, e.t.c
• Weekly and Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• Posting payment vouchers
• Listing and posting of fixed assets and asset register management
• Handling of sales pick-up, documentation and lodgment
• Management of fund flow weekly updates
• Petty cash re-imbursement and disbursement
• Manage general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Accounting or Finance. Minimum Professional qualification: ICAN ATS certification. Computer literacy using Microsoft Office Product is mandatory

Experience,Skills & Competencies

• 1-3 Years relevant work Experience
• Financial Accounting and Modelling
• Good Initiative and Judgement
• Excellent use of SAGE software is an added advantage
