Requirements

• The Facility Officer will be responsible for maintaining Company’s facilities and supervising the Gardeners, Cleaners, Electricians and plumbers. Oversee Mechanics responsible for excavators, tractors, forklift and trucks.
• A Degree or HND in Estate Management or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in facilities management
• Should be experience in handing semi-skilled workers and laborers
• Must be experience in handing facilities in a manufacturing concern
• Applicants should reside at Ota in Ogun State or its environs
