Head Customer Service - Assistant Banking Officer - Senior Banking Officer at Workforce Group

Job Objective:

• Lead and drive excellent performance in the branch’s service team on daily basis towards achieve the bank standard of service quality to customers.

Responsibilities:

•         Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
•         Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording/updating account information.
•         Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
•         Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
•         Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
