    Customer Sales Advisor

    Job Summary: Interact and approach customers with the aim of making a sale, provide and process information in response to their inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and record details of actions taken.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customers complaints.
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
    • Provide pricing and delivery information.
    • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions: suggesting information about other products and services.
    • Open customer account by recording account information.
    • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
    • Conduct regular general store housekeeping to ensure store is clean and tidy.
    • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
    • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Carry out all activities as assigned by the Customer Sales Team Lead.

    Knowledge/Skills/Ability:

    • Ability to use one’s initiative and as a member of a team.
    • Effective verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven and result oriented.
    • Sound product knowledge.
    • Strong telephone etiquette

    REQUIREMENTS
    Education and Experience:

    • A relevant degree in any discipline
    • One year working experience in a customer service role within a reputable organization.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

    REASONING ABILITY

    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
